Hello OFHS Parents,
Hope you all are enjoying this beautiful weather and soaking up the sun! While parent drop-offs and pick-ups have been going very well, we did want to provide a bit of additional guidance for students who may be arriving by Uber.
Uber Drop-Offs
If your student is arriving by Uber, please inform them (or the driver, if possible) to please pull into the carpool lane with the Grace School cars once they have entered the parking lot. Drivers can then pull up to the big tree with the lights and allow students to exit along the sidewalk. This helps drivers exit the gate quickly and prevents students from getting out of vehicles in the middle of the parking lot, where cars may be entering, exiting, or turning around.
As usual, the upper lot is designated for OFHS staff, students and parents. This includes: pickup, drop-off and parking. Of course, afternoon pick-up is typically less congested, so the process is generally more flexible during that time and has been running very smoothly.
