Good morning.
In about 24 hours, we will be on the bus on our way to NY and the MMUN Conference. As you do one last packing check and prepare for the trip, please note the following reminders:
- Please arrive at the bus stop (7401 Waverly Street
Bethesda, MD 20814 — At the corner of Montgomery Avenue, next to the parking garage entrance) by 10:00 AM. - We will be walking from the bus to the hotel (0.8mi) so all students should have luggage that can be managed independently while walking.
- Everyone needs to pack their MMUN binder and pens or pencils for use during the committee sessions.
- Everyone needs a lunch, snacks, and a full, reusable water bottle for the drive.
- Please make sure all over-the-counter and prescription medications are in the original containers and are accompanied by the medication administration form available on the website. I will be bringing any meds that are already at school.
- Students may bring non-cellphone electronics for the ride. We will collect them at the hotel; please make sure devices and chargers are labelled with the student name.
