Dear Peace Academy Families,
Happy Friday! We’re looking ahead to an exciting week ahead. Please note there is no school on Monday for MLK Day, and we are looking forward to our field trip to the Natural History Museum on Wednesday. As you prepare your child for the trip, please consider the weather, be sure they wear comfortable walking shoes, and pack a nut-free lunch and water bottle (we will eat together during our visit).
A reminder that Montessori Night is coming up! Please let us know if your child will be attending so we can plan accordingly. For our 5th grade families, Montessori Night is a special opportunity to showcase our students’ work, and we warmly encourage all families to attend and to invite friends or family members who may be interested in learning more about Montessori education. Your child’s Friday folder has more information!
We also wanted to share that there has been a bit of cold/flu going around, so thank you for keeping children home if they are not feeling well and for helping us keep our community healthy.
