Good morning,

Family Dance is this Friday! The Ambassadors will be selling pizza, drinks, and baked goods/snacks. We will take care of the pizza, drinks, and paper products. In this email you will find the work schedule and reminders about guidelines for student contributions to the food sale.

Food Contributions
We are asking each student to bring a sweet or savory item to sell at the Family Dance. It is our experience that homemade baked goods (even those made from a mix or cooked from frozen) sell better than pre-made items. Students should bring all contributions with them to school on Friday morning or no later than dismissal; items that arrive during the dance may not be able to be put out.

As a reminder, we will not have access to the kitchen during the family dance. Therefore, it is essential that all baked goods are pre-packaged in individual servings. Please remember that all contributions must be nut-free and include a complete list of ingredients.

Thanks to feedback from the students, we have decided to try having each person submit an ingredient card with the name of the item and all of the ingredients. We have given each student a copy of the card to use. You can also access the card digitally here to print it at home.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Take care.
Hannah and Pearl
