Class Update – October 23

Dear Peace Academy Families,

We have a few important reminders as we head into a very full and exciting week!

UN Day: Tomorrow, Friday, October 24th
Tomorrow is a half day. Dismissal for Academy students is at 1:40 p.m.
Please note: Academy students may not participate in the luncheon, so be sure to send your child with a packed lunch to enjoy in the classroom.
If your child is still finishing their UN Day poster, please make sure it comes to school tomorrow morning so they can share their work proudly.

Field Trip: Monday, October 27th
We’re heading out for a nature hike on Monday! The forecast looks sunny but chilly, so please help your child dress in layers, wear comfortable walking shoes, and bring a water bottle.

Halloween: Friday, October 31st
Students are welcome to come to school in costume on Friday! We ask that costumes be respectful, school-appropriate, and non-scary, and that accessories or props stay at home.

As always, thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm. We’re looking forward to a joyful week of learning and celebration together!

Warmly,
Emiko Morgenstern & Andrea Dillon
Peace Academy Teachers
