Teaching and Promoting Diversity and Inclusion

"Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony."
Mohandas Gandhi

"All religions, arts and sciences are branches of the same tree."
Albert Einstein

"All that is valuable in human society depends upon the opportunity for development accorded the individual."
Albert Einstein

Almost 23 years ago, Andrew Kutt founded Oneness-Family School based on the principles of inclusion, peace and harmony and a recognition that education is fundamental in advancing these causes. Today, Oneness appreciates and embraces the diversity of our local and global community and recognizes that it is a key component of achieving many of the School's founding principles.

In furtherance of our school’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and embracing our world community, OFS has developed a diversity commitee to ensure that the school's curriculum, culture and operational plans fulfill the school's mission to celebrate and reflect the diversity of our human race in all its forms (e.g., race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, physical attributes, sexual orientation, socio-economic, etc.). Please click here for suggested readings for both adults and children, as well as local places to go as a family that may help broaden your
child's view of the world.
